Copper sulfate production method

Production, storage and transportation:

1. Preparation of copper sulfate The copper powder is calcined at 600 to 700 ° C, oxidized to copper oxide, and then decomposed by sulfuric acid, clarified to remove insoluble impurities, cooled, crystallized, filtered, and dried to obtain a copper sulfate finished product. Its reaction formula is as follows.

2. Electrolyte recovery method The waste electrolyte (containing Cu50~60g/L, H2SO4180~200g/L) is reacted with the calcined copper mud to make fine copper powder. After the separation of the reaction liquid, the supernatant is cooled and crystallized and separated. Dry, and obtain the finished copper sulfate.

3. Recovery method The copper compound precipitate in the copper acetate ammonium chloride solution in the copper washing tower is recovered by the recovery method. After calcination at 700 ° C, it is oxidized to copper oxide and reacted with sulfuric acid to form copper sulfate.

4. Chemical concentration crystallization method uses low-grade copper oxide ore, pulverizes to a certain particle size, is added with sulfuric acid impregnation, adding copper-soluble iron-iron to obtain a copper sulfate solution with a copper-iron ratio greater than 100, and then adding a chemical concentrate to concentrate and remove 70% to 90% of water, and finally evaporated, cooled, crystallized, separated, air-dried to obtain a finished copper sulfate.

Storage and transportation conditions: stored in a dry warehouse
