Bronze powder introduction

The 325 mesh bronze powder refers to a copper alloy powder having copper, tin, zinc, and lead contents of 85 wt%, 6 wt%, 6 wt%, and 3 wt%, respectively.

Bronze powder has good wear resistance, impact toughness and high strength.

Bronze powder can be divided into two types according to the bulk density.

1. The bulk density is less than 3.5g/cm3, which is called low-slurry powder. This powder has good formability and is generally used in the fields of bearings, diamond tools and the like.

2. The bulk density is higher than 3.5 g/cm3, which is called high pine ratio powder. This powder has high pressability and fluidity, and is generally used in industries with high degree of automation such as bimetal plate and bimetal bushing.
