Product Information:
Nickel coated graphite powder can have different particle size distributions, different nickel contents and different shapes, so that the specific gravity, metal content and different application requirements of the shielding materials can be adjusted. Low-density graphite powder combined with nickel coating to form a lightweight filler, ideal for conductive gaskets and seals for extrusion molding, mold forming, and in-situ molding.
Conductive fillers for silicone gaskets with the following advantages:
Good shielding effectiveness: significantly better than carbon black, slightly lower than pure silver, but in a wide frequency range, shielding effectiveness is equivalent to silver plating.
Good corrosion resistance: Most conductive gaskets are made of aluminum. Silver and silver-plated fillers can produce electrical coupling, which accelerates the corrosion of outdoor products. Nickel has good compatibility with aluminum casings.
Price concessions: The price of nickel-coated graphite powder is only 1/3 to 1/4 of silver-plated material, which is cheaper than pure silver.
